I was telling the truth when I told you that your band is the soundtrack to my life. You made me smile, you made me cry, you were there when I soared and you comforted me through the hardest year of my entire life as I cared for my dying mother. Finally, the day came when I would see you live, just three months after carrying me through that experience. I smiled, I laughed, and I cried when you sang you new, unreleased song "Able" It was cathartic, it was healing. I was hearing pure music and watching honest musicians. You blessed me more than you can ever know or understand. I am not only entertained, but I am uplifted. I've seen you twice since that first show. Once travelling clear across the state just to hear you perform. I wish there were words that would clearly convey my love for your band and the work you do. I am a Christian. I know what that means. And I thank God for giving me your music in my darkest days and longest nights. I know what it means to me. And I am a fan for life. Shine a light, men.
