New Album Pre-Orders & ‘La Diferencia’ EP

If you’ve been following along with the blog posts, Instagram pics, Facebook and Twitter you’ll know the band has been in the Studio working on Album #5.
Starting tomorrow (4/2) at the 1st Show of the “DRIVE ALL NIGHT TOUR 2013”, you’ll be able to pre-order this album, but ONLY at shows on this tour. You’ll receive a pre-order card AND get the BRAND NEW EP called “La Diferencia” on CD.
This EP contains previously unreleased live tracks and a song that you have all been desperately asking for. The title of the EP might give you a clue as to which song!

We DO NOT have a title or definite release date for the Fifth Album right now, but it will be released Fall 2013!
To make sure you are the first to know the release date and pre-order information if you can’t make a tour date, sign up for the Newsletter HERE.
If you can’t make it to a show on the DRIVE ALL NIGHT TOUR 2013, ask any of your friends who are going to purchase a Pre-Order for you to ensure you get the “La Diferencia” EP.

No offense, but this isn’t cool to those of us who can’t go to a show because you’re skipping our state during this tour. Will it be available online?

no decision about a vinyl release has been made as yet.
i think insiders should be able to order the ep online. you can’t always make it to a show.

I just noticed (with my wife’s help) that the art work is a sketch of all three of the guys! I think Bo, Bear, and Seth from left to right. Very cool!
I know it has been mentioned a few times, but it does seem strange that this EP will not be available for sale on NTB website or other outlets. My family owns all 4 albums and the 3 EPs that have been released. We would hate to miss out on this EP just because we are unable to make a show this spring. We have made 4 shows over the past few years. Please reconsider. Thanks for listening.
I’m guessing they are using the “only at the show” method as a strategy to get people to go to their shows. I’m pretty sure artists make more money from concerts than album sales. This might cause a lot of people on the fence about driving 3 hours to go to a show to make the decision to go.

Thanks for being patient with your fans. We are so excited about the tour, and the new album, and the EP, that some of us aren’t paying attention to the information you have updated. You’re doing a great job representing the band.
I’m going to the Memphis one. Is the EP at the show free? And will I have to wait in line? Also is there a limited supply? I assume the Pre-Order card isn’t free.
I’m going to the Memphis show and I have a few questions. To get the EP I have to buy a pre-order card? Also do I have to wait in line somewhere?
I read through all of these comments, and I can’t believe all of the whining going on. Be patient, and like Jayne said, you will hear the EP and the new album in time. You people are acting like they owe you something. You all didn’t know this EP existed two days ago, and now you all act like you can’t live without it. It’s a few live tracks, and one new song; it’s not going to kill you if you don’t hear it when you want to hear it. Quit begging them to release it online, and start thanking them for all the hard work they put into bringing you good new music.

Why do the last two EP’s have Spanish titles?? Is Bo bilingual?
Saw the show in Memphis last night – AMAZING, as always! I missed Bear’s blues riffs that I love so much, but the show still so, so good – loved that Ellie and Drew came in on a few songs, too. My only complaint is they couldn’t play more songs, I truly could listen all night and never get bored. Brought 2 friends that had never seen the live show – it was great to see them absolutely fall more deeply in love with the music as I did at my first live show. Thanks for bringing the magic, again. Your shows are so addictive!
So for anyone who is going to the show…can you possibly pick up the pre-order and EP for me?? I’ll pay for it of course and shipping!!
We just saw ntb @ the Tennessee Theater in Knoxville Tn. All I can say is WOW! We love you guys and your faith in God. You rock!

Saw NTB live in AZ last Nov. Best live band I have ever seen. Please tell me there are plans to revisit AZ next fall. Or maybe Orlando at the Hard Rock late Nov?

The Redemption button won’t work until we announce a release date. So keep it somewhere safe.

I would make something brilliant but would drop it before I could show it off! 
Needtobreathe is my favorite band. Period.. However, the show at the Fox in ATL was borderline awful. Hardcore NTB fans, lower your expectations and hopefully you will be happy, but be ready to fall in love with Drew Holcomb and his wife.

What if NEEDTOBREATHE is not coming any where near you (huge sad face) ??? I have been able to travel to the past 3 shows I have seen but with these new tour dates on the East Coast and me being on the West Coast (Vegas) it is just not feasible at this time AND I would LOVE to hear the new EP!
Have you guys considered releasing a live album from the Drive All Night tour? You guys are just as amazing live as you are in the studio. It would be great to have a concert album.

Just want to say that we drove from St.Louis to see NTB in Indiana on Wednesday. Awesome show as usual, and the Holcombs are a great addition on this tour! The new song La Diferencia is amazing and totally worth the wait. If you’re on the fence about making a trip to see them, just do it – you won’t regret it!!

I hate to say it, but I agree with Rob. Saw NTB last year at Georgia Theatre and it was AMAZING. But the Atlanta show at the Fox left me really disappointed. The sound quality was pretty bad and they changed several of their hits to where you couldn’t even sing along. I guess that’s their right, but they also said several things to the crowd that were borderline condescending. A couple next to me got up and left. Anyway, it made me sad because they were SO authentic and humble at GA Theatre and it seems like its gone to their heads now. If you’ve never seen them, by all means go, but if you’ve seen them in the last few years, it’s just not the same anymore. (On a side note, I agree with everyone who has said Drew and Ellie were really impressive.)

I went to the site from the preorder card http://www.needtobreathe.net/newalbum and it says that it is a digital download of MP3 files. That is really disappointing and a waste of money. I was expecting to get an actual CD for the $10.00. Please make the CD available too or a lossless download. MP3 is no good. Thanks!
Sorry You’re disappointed Jackie, but what the Page says is “With your purchase, you are entitled to a digital download of the full album, as well as other album bundle options, available the week of release later this year.”
The CD will be available as well. We’re always working on getting you the best quality music we can and we’re working on people being able to swap their digital pre-order for a physical pre-order except that you would need to pay the shipping costs.

Will the EP be available at the St. Louis MO show? I saw the band (twice) in Tulsa but somehow missed the announcement about the EP only being available at the show! If it’s available, I’m up for a little road trip.

Went to Chicago show and couldn’t wait in line for pre-order (we had 4.5 hr “drive all night” back to Iowa and work in the morning). Hopeful we can get EP in St. Louis (another 4.5 hr drive!).

I entered my code on April 5th after contacting the customer service address listed on the card. They provided me with a url that accepted the code. Will entering my code before the release date had been announced cause any problems?
